Where can I start!!! I have had the most amazing experience with finding a Rental property in Ashford Kent. From me stating my interest in a property I was promptly responded to and offered a viewing date which was convenient for me. At this point I also enquired if there were any other two bedroom properties that I can view. Without hesitation Mark booked an appt for viewing on the same day which was helpful seeing I was travelling from South East London. The rest is history.

Well, if you are looking for someone who is professional and personable; who knows the letting industry inside and out from both landlord and tenant points of view; who explains everything in a language and way that is easily understood; who wants the best quality of service and results for both landlord and tenant; who is passionate about this industry and who knows the changes in law and how they will impact you and who brings reassurance and reduces anxieties and builds confidence, then you need to get a date in the diary with Mark!! It would be time well spent and worth investing. He is flexible, reliable, approachable. He goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients and to find the right property for the right tenant. I was exceedingly anxious about renting after decades as a home owner. The tenancy agreement .. finances ... I needed someone to sit me down and take me through each stage clearly and calmly. He knew what paperwork the landlord would need to supply, like a copy of the buildings insurance, something I had not thought of. The siting of his office was easy to drive to and felt like a trip onto a national trust or similar property with the building and landscaping. After that time with him I have confidently accepted the offer to rent a gorgeous flat, knowing the t's have been thoroughly crossed and the it's dotted!!
